I was also able to share my own suggestions on how to improve some aspects of the Gnomen application so it would work better with my set up, and the guys at Gnomen took it on board and did their best to accommodate my request. They also took a good look at my website and things that I was looking to achieve and gave me a sound practical insight so I was able to improve on my initial plan.

I did not chose to build my website with Gnomen, because I had something specific in mind, so I only signed onto the property letting and management software. Gnomen did a beautiful job of integrating it with my website. I chose Gnomen for their product in the first place, even before I learned how great they are at customer service, because I liked the functionality of the application, the look, the training they provided and of course - the price and the pricing model. I like that I have a freedom to stay or leave, I am not tied in into a long term contract.
